After months upon months of anticipation, it’s finally here. The Yeezy Boost 700 “Wave Runner” will be restocking soon.
Nobody needs to be introduced to the “Wave Runner”. After originally releasing in August 2017, then seeing restocks in both 2018 and 2019, this icon of the YEEZY family is back again this August, a full 4 years after its original debut.
Fans have been clamouring for a restock for over two years now, but for the notacquainted, let’s do a quick rundown of what makes these kicks so special.
First, it’s the mixing of the neon and toned down colors. The grey uppercontrasts with the bright laces, the black and white sole contrasts with the orange panels. These incongruous design makes the “Wave Runner” stand out among many other YEEZY models. The sneakers also feature the much beloved BOOST cushioning and the iconic reflective adidas three stripesunderneath parts of the upper.
Ever since their release, the 700s have been called the kings of comfort. Now everybody who missed out on these classic kicks will have the chance to try them out, when they restock in August 2021.
